FEMME MAGNESIUM SPRAY
Spray to your abdomen, back, soles of your feet, and other affected areas.
Massage and apply our Meo heat pack for the best results.
Do not apply to broken or freshly shaved skin.
SOOTHING FOOT SOAK
Dissolve 1 cup in a basin of warm water and soak your feet for at least 20 minutes.
BATH TIME BLISS
Dissolve 2-3 cups in a warm bath and soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.

If you find the salty residue bothersome after application, feel free to rinse it off once your 20 minutes are up.
