How to use

Heat:
Our recommendation is your wheat bag should be warm and comfortable without burning your skin. Please be aware of your heating times and test before applying to your body or that of others.

Place in the microwave with a cup of water to prevent wheat from burning.

Suggested heat times depending on your microwave. You can keep heating in 30-second increments until desired heat is achieved.

1500 – watt - 90 seconds

1250- watt - 120 seconds

1000-watt - 150 seconds

750-watt – 180 seconds



Cool:
Place in a sealed bag in the freezer for at least an hour and use as required.
