At Meo Body, we will try our best to ensure your purchase gets to you as quickly and in the most cost-effective way possible.
Please allow 24- 48 business hours for your order to be dispatched and to receive your tracking/confirmation order shipment. We also ask for your patience during our busy sale days. We are still a small team so we will try our best to get your order out as fast as we can.

DOMESTIC - AUSTRALIA POST
Standard Shipping (Estimated to take 2 to 8 business days)
There is a flat rate of $6.99 AUD
Express Shipping (Estimated to take 1 to 4 business days)
We have a shipping flat rate of $14.00 AUD
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Fees are calculated at the checkout.
Please note: the prices online do not include any custom fees. Meo Body is not liable for any customs clearance fees that are required by your country. Meo Body is also not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs. Any extra charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend familiarising yourself with your country's customs charges and levies before proceeding with your purchase.
DELIVERY ESTIMATED TIMES
Standard Shipping can take 2 - 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Express Shipping can take 1 - 4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
International Shipping can take up to 3 weeks, depending on your location.
If you are unable to purchase from your country online please contact our customer service team hello@meobody.com to enquire if we can ship to your country and for a shipping estimate.
Delivery times do not include dispatch times. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.
DELIVERY NOTES
Meo Body is not liable for your parcel if it is stolen or lost if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended without being signed for.
Please ensure to collect your order from the designated Post Office or Parcel Locker as soon as possible to avoid parcels being returned to us as additional shipping costs may occur.
We encourage you to always double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not liable for incorrect shipping information given to us at the check-out point on the website. If the shipping address provided is wrong we are not required to refund you, we also cannot grant a refund if your item is in transit.
For all re-delivery of returned orders to incomplete, incorrect addresses or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct address.
