How to use
How to use
Sleep Spray
Spray to your abdomen, back, soles of your feet, and other affected areas.
Massage and apply our Meo heat pack for best results.
Do not apply to broken or freshly shaved skin.
You may feel a tingling sensation, this might mean your body’s magnesium levels are low, however with consistent use, the tingling sensation should decrease. If it persists or is uncomfortable, wash it off with water.
Sweet Dreams Soak
Foot Soak: Dissolve 1 cup of Meo salts in a bucket of warm water and soak for at least 20 minutes. Recommended 1 to 3 times per week.
Full Body Soak: Dissolve 2 to 3 cups of Meo salts in a warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes.

If you're not a fan of the salty residue after applying, it's not a problem to wash it off after your 20 minutes is over.
